I was actually hoping for a quicker decision time for ILR but seems like this year Tier 1 to ILR is taking long this time round. As per some cases reported people who applied in Oct 2018 got decisions in March/April 2019 so standard 6 months. Last year I know two applicants personally who applied around June/July 2018 got approved in 3/3.5months. Seems like last year decisions were quicker comparatively.

Have not seen any decision reported after the new system launched in Nov 2018. Has anyone who applied for Tier 1 Ent using the new service got any update? Complex letter? Interview call? Any further correspondence?

Thanks
Hi Tier11417,
My solicitor informed me that they are quicker now as one of tier 1 Ent.. 50k applicant got his ILR in 3 weeks and applicant applied in February 2019.
I am still waiting its been more than 3 months.
Hi rocko5

Did the person that got it in three weeks uploaded the documents online or sent it by post to HO.
Hi Bizman,

It was uploaded online through Sopra Steria.

I went through adilzia’s history. Apparently his initial Tier 1 visa was refused and he won in JR. Extension in 8 months. Impressive fight back and ILR in 1.5 months.

@bizman

c) Confirmation of the employment start date, job title, job description, hours paid per pay
period and the hourly rate for each settled worker relied upon to claim points, including any
changes in the hours worked per pay period or the hourly rate and the dates of those changes.

My question was this highlighted bit above in Tier 1 guidance version 11/2018 also? I dont recall this bit.

Where can I find older version?

I did not provide any employee job description with my application. 🥴

Thanks

Yes but as far as I recall this job description bit was added after 29th March. Please can someone post me a link to older Tier 1 guidance?

Seems like an exception then. Members who have reported and applied since Nov 18.. none so far has reported a decision except one as bizman said and that was around 4 months +... normal time line so far on the forum is more than 3-4 months + and waiting.....
Hi Tier11417,

I was wondering how tier 1 entrepreneur decision comes by post or email ? as everything is online
