Visit Visa for Mother and Father

Assalam-o-alaikum/Greetings experts ,

I am Naturalised British Citizen and wife is due Mid-November 2019 Insha'Allah.

I want to sponsor my mother and Father (not confirmed) for visit visa. Both my parents (in their 60s and no major Health condition, Alhumdulillah) have been to UK before with my mother visited many times and father once.

I understand I need following supporting documents

Wife Medical Report
6 Months payslips
6 months bank statement
Employer Letter

My question is How much maintenance funds would be sufficient. Also, do they need to be kept for whole 6 months period ?

I have 3 bed room house and only me and my wife is living. Do I need housing report or Halifax statement?

My mother owns land and can prove strong ties back to Pakistan, income and outgoings as She has been doing for long time and so does my father. Also, they will be buying their own return tickets.

Additional info:
They are going for Hajj this year as well

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

My father recently renewed his tourist visa for 10 years but he has been coming to UK for almost 50 years now multiple times every year and has a strong immigration history.

The supporting documents I sent him were:

1) Cover letter on my business letter pad plus my business visiting card
2) House tenancy agreement
3) UK license copy
4) My passport and BRP copy (I am not British Citizen)
5) Council Tax bill
6) Electricity Bill
7) 3 months bank statement
8 Accountant letter as I am the director of my company confirming my status etc
9) My daughter’s passport copy (She is a British Citizen)

Plus my father showed his own business documents back home, property docs, house papers, house bills, tax returns, bank statements, tax lawyer papers etc.

Basically show as much as possible to whatever ties your parents have with home country. House/Land/Bank accounts/Business Premises etc etc

I am Naturalised British Citizen and wife is due in November 2019 Insha'Allah.

We have slight change of plans.

My Father-in-law and Mother-in-law will be coming first and I am sponsoring them.

They are diabetic (both stable), have good immigration history and travelled major countries including UK

I understand I need following supporting documents

Wife Medical Report (Maternity Certificate/Scan report)
6 Months payslips (e-pay slips, Do they need employer stamped?)
6 months bank statement (Does this need stamping from bank?)
Employer Letter
Sponsor letter from myself

They will be attaching their bank statements, buying their tickets etc

So far I am confused about following

1. Whether I need to attach certified copy of my British Passport?
2. Certified copy of my wife's passport? Is this necessary?
3. Property - Official Copy of Register of Title or Halifax Statement or both?
4. Maintenance funds £4,000 for 12 weeks stay sufficient?

5. Whether I need to post the documents or scanned copies will do?
