BRP replacement - biometric letter did not come

I posted documents and old BRP (ILR) on 1 February (due to name change) but haven't got biometric letter so far, 4 weeks passed. Tried to call general inquiries number but there is a voicemail not giving any specific details. worried this letter never arrives and there are some issues with my application. is there a way to contact home office and get any feedback on my application somehow? thank you

I’m in similar situation. Turned over documents on January 3rd, in person at a UKVCAS centre. Still no letter or decision and now waiting 9 weeks.
I had ILR and merely updated my married name on my BRP.
Generic info only from the numbers listed in uk gov site. Anyone else had any luck getting specific info with a contact number or email?

did you get you letter? i emailed them last monday and got a reply my biometric enrallment was sent to me 1 March - but have not received any letters so far and dont really know what to do now, 5 weeks since i posted my docs

Which email address did you use? My application for transferring of NTL to BRP has exceeded 8 weeks and still no news about it.

i emailed at AppointmentExceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

received enrallment letter 6 weeks from application date

got a new BRP in exactly 2 months from application date in the end. looks like HO works without delays and no need to worry:)
