Hello all ,

I am hearing news about the Spain immigration .
That they are giving euro card to illegal worker to legalize them so
They can pay taxes.

Can anyone tell me about its detail. I get a euro card can I work in UK.
As I am in Uk now.

How can I apply?

1. Any amnesty program requires a presence of pre-determined length (well in advance of an amnesty announcement to prevent last minute arrivals) in the relevant country in this case Spain - you are in the UK.

2. Only Spanish Citizens or Non EEA dependents (in a bona fide relationship not out to circumvent national immigration laws) of a Spanish National exercising treaty rights in the UK have open employment rights outside the normal employment authorisation routes.

You don't seem to meet either requirement.
