T1 travelling limits

Hi everyone!

I have recently received my T1 visa (exceptional promise) and is now back in the UK. May I ask, is there any travelling limits or stay requirement in the UK -- to be eligible for the indefinite stay after the 5 years mark. Tried checking the info out on the gov site but can't seem to locate it. Can anyone advice?
