@mark_ir Yes the fees is high but no option. Mark when your friend 1st applied for Zambrano case in what year and month? I do not know why Solicitors or barristers in Ireland are not that skilful so they can tell to their Clients that they will win 100%.

Did you try to contact with Department? Is your solicitor have any opinion regarding your case??
What is your plan about your case?

This are all common question.they normally ask same to everyone. You have need to tell them truth.ask your solicitor to organize all doc properly as much you can arrange.
Did they want to revoke your child passport??

I think you have to give them answer anyway as you have no other choice.
If you ex didn't work over the last couple of year then it could make negative impact in your case.
Wait for senior member comments.they should explain you much better than mine.

New stylee@ He is planing to submit student scheme(came as a student 2008) and section 3 immigration act 1999.he did not get any deportation latter yet as INIS only said to him that your child was not entitle for irish passport.so technically he cannot get zambrano anyway.

@mark_ir What nationality his child will get then? his child will stateless in this case. I think JR is also good option and he can apply Student scheme as well.

Hi Dublin2006,
Yes they can if they think your child was not entitlement for irish passport
Is your visa revoked before your child was born?

my visa was valid till my child got the age of 1 year.
then they revoked my stamp 4 recently due to sham marriage they said. it had been 4 and half years that i had stamp 4.

If your visa was revoked fact of sham marriage then its clear that your visa is void since your first stamp-4(including any temporary stamp)
So your stamp-4 was not valid when your child was born.
Technically your child was never entitle for irish passport.
