RLMT in Northern Ireland

Is there any difference between northern Ireland an England for the process of RLMT. My company already advertised the job vacancy on monoster.com. we are going to issue cos next week. Pls advice me the process of RLMT in Northern Ireland ??

They must advertise on TWO sites, see page 123 in the link below, clearly stating it must be advertised on Jobcentre Online in NI.
