Can I apply ILR One week before BRP Expiring

Can I apply ILR One week before BRP Expiring

Hi All,

I have came to uk on spouse visa on 10April 2014 (Visa issued on 2 april 2014) extended my visa in Dec 2016. Completed 5 years in April. My concerns is my BRP expiring on 24 june 2019 due to personal circumstances i can only apply in first week of June or its a rule i have to apply 28 days before BP Expires ?

Please help

You can apply anytime before your LTR expiry date because you have already completed 60 months on Spouse LTR ,
