Anyone got their stamp as a dependent of an Irish Citizen Child in relation to Zambrano ? Anyone knows what are the grounds for refusal?

Ye it's 5 months all together. At the month of March they sent me a letter that the letter of the father of my Irish born child should be stamp by a solicitor. I sent it to them and I've got 1 year.
