Tier 2 ICT to ILR

I lived in the UK from 2009 to 2011 on Tier 2 ICT visa. Now I am back again in the UK on Tier 2 ICT visa. Will I be eligible for ILR if I continued to be in UK for next 3 years?

ICT no longer leads to ILR so no, you won't qualify.

You would only have qualified if you remained in the UK continuously for 5 years if your ICT was issued before 6th April 2010.
