Vary from flrfp to 10 years base

Post by logical_riz » Tue May 21, 2019 4:45 pm

Urgent advice needed. My application for ILR is still under consideration as a dependent of my husband (tier 1 entrepreneur ILR), MY question is
If I apply FLRFP on the basis of my 7 years son and after 3 months when I complete my 10 years then can I vary again on the basis of my 10 years.

( if no decision made for 7 years basis)

Please reply urgent.

Hi, I could not find the post I read someone had applied for tier 1ILR then he switch to FLRFP and didn't attend the Tier 1 ILR interview. I am on same boat, just want to know if i should attend the interview. My worry is HO is only try to harass immigrants. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks

If asked for an interview you must let them know that you varied your application. NO one is harassing you

Hi, can anyone help with this confusion please. I had Vary my Tier1ILR application to FLRFP. I have submitted my FLRFP documents on 24th July and today I have received refund for FLRFP application fee Which is my 2nd application. Should it not be refunded for Tier1ILR fee? Please advise if anyone has experience on this?

Thanks

How did you vary to FLR(FP) and when did you submit online? Did you write a letter to inform HO or did you simply apply online and hope for the best?

Originally applied ILR in October 2018 and Varried on 15 June for FLR FP online with my son, paid £2104.40, HO considered 2nd application on 30 June, FLRFP biometric done ON 24th July, today refunded FLR FP fee of £1052.20 instead of ILR Fee, not sure why is that.

Varried and then solicitor informed them.

Is it true that the smaller fee will be refunded by the HO?

How exactly did you 'vary' and how exactly did the solicitor inform them??
