PBS DEPENDENTS DOCUMENTS FOR ILR OF T1 ENTREPRENEUR

I have got my ILR T1 ENTP (5 years route and 200k) . Now I am applying for my wife and children as PBS dependents on super priority.
Kindly suggest which are the documents needed and how many documents of cohabitation proof needed to be attached. All senior members are requested to help.

I had applied pbs dependent ILR 2 -3 weeks ago. I also got ILR through Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa 5 year route.
I had poor cohabitation proof but Alhamdullillah I got the approval in 2 weeks time although I used the super priority service.
I have provided council tax bill in joint name
my bank statement
wife's bank statement
my passport and brp
wife's passport and brp
electoral letter issued in january 2019
life in UK and english test
electricity bill in my name only oct 2018
NI Number letter of wife issued in 2012 ( when she came to uk as psw dependent)

Cohabitation docs for the last 2 years. 6 different sources evenly spread. If any children 16 or over need some extra docs. If any children over 18 need to prove they are not leading an independent life.

Any one 18+ needs LIUK and English Requirements to fulfil (wife or children).

Absences only if any portion of the visa is granted after 11th Jan 2018 (for that portion).

The checklist should give you all the documents.

My eldest son is 18+. He has done LIUK and English. Is there any any other documents he needed. For Cohabitation I am enclosing following documents.
Bank Statement 1st page from every quarter of last two years. (both mine, son and spouse)
Council Tax last two years (joint name)
Electricity Bill last two years quarterly basis (mine)
Water Bill six monthly (spouse)
Electoral letter and Polling cards of last two years (both mine, spouse and son)
Sky Tv bill (mine)
NHS letter (all members of the family)

Are the above attachments enough.
Beside any other suggestion if you can put forward.

If he is applying with you, he has to prove he is not leading an independent life. Refer to the guidance i posted above to the section that says children age requirements etc.
