Curtailment letter not received since 8 months

Hi,

I ended my employment who had sponsored my Tier 2 general in October 2018.
I moved to a new Dependent visa in December 2018.


I still have not received my curtailment letter for the Tier 2 General and it has been 8 months now.

1. What email id should I use to contact and follow up on my status of the letter
2. Will the delay in curtailment letter affect my new Dependent visa's 5 year ILR counter in any way?

If you switched to a dependent visa then your tier 2 would have automatically been cancelled. You won't be notified of this.

Curtailment letter is sent only when you leave your sponsor, not when switching to another visa category.

Yes. There’s nothing to curtail.
