Dear Guru,

I am enquiring on behalf of my brother based in India. He wants to apply for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa.

I gather stage 1 is applying for Endorsement. My brother is from Animation background with good amount of 13 years on experience in reputed companies in India.

Currently he is running his own Animation studio in India. He has 3 partners in his business including him.

He draws monthly salary & yearly profit share.

I was wondering if ARTS is correct section to go for endorsement & what documents he will need to provide?

I would really appreciate your inputs
