Application has been Concluded

I applied for UK to attend An IT Conference in June 3 to 6. I submitted my documents 2nd may and i receive this email on 13 may, Still i didn't get any response to receive my passport.
Can any one help me

I applied for Visit visa. i don't see any other option for apply for attend a conference.

Concluded means refused, based on members experience on the forum.

okey, but now its more then 17 days total 28 days, i didn't get any response to get back my passport

yes i visited last week and they said, we didn't receive from dubai,
