Dear Janaghan111 HO solicitor not asked me any single questions not even judge and judge said to me she will give decision in 2 weeks or before that’s it that happened in court room my solicitor was speaking with judge and judge asked HO solicitor if she want say anything she said no she don’t want any argument .i was in court room less then ten minute even jugde not called my partner in court room she was waiting outside that’s it that happened in court room

Hi there

my barrister ask me question regrading toiec text .

location of centre , how to travel on day ,
home office representative asked me question

timing of test , how you pay fee, why you chose the centre , about test detail ,
about job. judge did not ask me any question

2. Was your appeal allowed based on human rights??

Im also a toeic victim.Home office asked me to submit my human rights submissions My solicitor received an email from them. Can u ppl tell me what will happen now? I mean if anyone has gone through this. Im going to reach my 10 years on next month. My solicitor said if i get visa my 10 years route will be safe. So pls dear pls give me some more information if u have. Thank you. May Allah bless us all victims in this holy month of Ramadan

Dear Hoss,

Thats a great news thats how home office deals with all the toiec cases now adays.

Tell him to make sure u submit ur aticle 8 submisdions on time but dont worry home office will refuse your article 8 but you will get an in country right of appeal. The whole process is one year until you get visa so stay calm. I will write u more if u have any question just ast.

Thank u dear. I got a bit relief. Approx how long it might take to get a refusal on human right submissions from home office?

I got it in 6 weeks the refusal but could take up to 3 months.

Did ur lawyer claim ur JR compensation from home office??

Did ur lawyer signed a consent order???

Remember home office will pay all ur cost.

Yes my friend before they ask u to submit article 8 they will ask ur lawyer to sign a consent order, do u know any thing about consent order????

Becareful some lawyers they dont tell the client and put the money and there pocket.

I received £12800.

Dear hoss,

Consent order is like an agreement between two parties. ( between you and the home office) an agreement on withdrawing your JR from Court of Appeal. I 100% sure the reason why ur lawyer did not send this is because in the consent order it dose say that the home office will pay your legal cost.

Call send an email to your lawyer and ask about for a copy of consent order signed between your lawyer and the GLD. ( Government legal Department) they are the home office lawyers.

By law your lawyer should let u know on every single matter.

My answer is yes the question is why ur lawyer didnt tell u about consent order?? Home office will transer the money to lawyers account.

My lawyer told me every thing from day one. I am very happy for having a great lawyer

My jr permission granted in oral haring than home office send the consent orders than I withdraw the jr and seel by court

If I go to new lawyer can he claims that money because my previous lawyer I keep saying to cliam the money but he not interested he say you get just 2000 pound and I has to pay him to 1500 pound
