Is Visitor Visa allowed during T2 ICT 12month cooling-off period?

I've searched and there seems no specific answer for this. I will be grateful if someone could point me the answer. I am in a 12-m cooling off period from my last 5-y T2 ICT visa, want to just do short term visiting to see friends. Thanks.

There is no reason that would automatically bar you but be mindful there will be some degree of scepticism in why you would be returning. Probably more to do with potential working rather than anything else.
