If no unrelated adult is living there then property inspection isn't mandatory.

Thanks. Can you please clarify? I don't understand.
This is visitor visa for parents . Do I need to submit inspection report ? Is it very important from case worker perspective. I have mortgage deed but there isn't mentioned about rooms . Sorry for confusion.

Pls advise

In my opinion although that report isn't mandatory in your situation but since you are applying visit visa which scrutinize the things more rigourlously so better to get that report. I m sure if you search around then can find it on low charge because it can be done by any reasonably established estate agent.

There is no absence limit on spouse visa. But still better to keep it minimum.

You should ask your questions about your spouse and the spouse visa in a separate topic in the Immigration for Family sub forum as it is not relevant to this topic asking about a visitor visa!!!
