tier 1 visa-help needed

I am an IT Consultant with 12 years of experience as a back end developer. I am an IIT grad and working for a start up company in USA.
Having read the tech nation guidance doc, I am confident that my profile meets all the requirements. However, I am unsure how to start the process.
Looking for someone who can give me some guidance to initiate the documentation.
