I think medical information is only relevant to those that have medical issues and have evidences in this regard.

As for employment/sponsor, it’s for those that are on Tier2, and those sponsored by a company etc
Thank you

Is there any cohabitation requirement for my children? They are under 15
I was uploading their passports, BRP and birth certificates. Is there anything else that is needed?

Is your partner also applying with you. If so you might just need to also add documents to show you are still living together e.g bank statement bearing your names, NHS documents, NI doc, drivers license, utility bills, council tax bill etc.

Proof of Identity / Travel History?

Passport pages for all the passports you have within the five years qualifying period, visa pages and BRP scans

Life Events?

This I think is not relevant to Tier 1

In prove of application - I have uploaded
Consent form
Passport (current)
Add you BRP to this.

Thank you

You dont have to provide documents for each category, This is a generic list of categories and only a few apply to you. Ignore the rest.

Do not add the documents twice if you already have uploaded in one category just to add something in each category. Its not needed.

Dependent needs cohabitation docs not the main applicant.

Yes, you are correct. I applied together with my dependants. There were options to submit documents in dependants as well so was just confirming if I need to upload cohabitation documents with mine or spouse application.

Hello all moderators,

I have an important query.

I have uploaded all documents on Sopra website but do we have to post all documents to Home Office as well? On biometrics appointment they gave all documents and files back and said home office does not need them. They only accept online submitted files now. Is this correct?

Yes this is correct. You don’t need to send hard copy original documents anymore.
