Yes Aman is right, you only need to cover the most recent five years, so your two passports will be ok.
Thanks guys for your support.

I am still unsure about the date when the Job was created, I understand what to put under start date. In my Scenario, my first employee started with me on 1st August 2015 (FT 165.50hrs/Month) and he/she still employed by us, however second employee started on 1st December 2017 (FT 130hrs/Month) and she resigned in May 2019. I am not sure what date do I have to add in Job creation section? Please advise.

Thanks

Job creation and employee start date can be the same as long as the Jobs lasted 12 months atleast.
Which seems like the case.

Isn’t this covered in the application form? Only 5 years from the time you were granted Tier1 ENT

6. Immigration History (All Countries other than UK)
I don’t know the point of this but I’m pretty sure this isn’t a mandatory document.

Created Two Full Time Equivalent Posts

1. Current Appointment Report showing the address of Registered Head Office in the UK
2. Recent Filling History

CAR contains filling history.

3. Letter from Certified Accountant confirming 2 Net Job Creation for 2 Settled workers, including Hours Worked per Month and the Age of Employment.

4. 2 Settled Workers Job Role/Description

5. HMRC Employer Registration Letter Confirming PAYE and Accounts Office References

6. Duplicate of 2 Settled Workers Passport Copies
7. Copies of Real Time-Full Payment Submissions – Job Number 1 & 2 (Total Payments made to the Settled Workers, showing Monthly Gross/Net Pay, Tax/NIC Deducted)
8. P32 & Copies of P11’s Deductions working sheet – Job Number 1 & 2
10. Copies of P60’s (2018/2019)

Jeez.. what will it take for applicants to understand that P11, P32 and P60’s aren’t required.

11. 14 Months Duplicate Payslips for Settled Workers - Job Number 1 & 2

Business Activity/Engagement & Evidence of Registered as Director within Three Months

1. Current Appointment Report & Recent Filling History
3. Latest 1 Months Original Business Bank Statements
Not important if submitting #4

4. Bank Letter

5. Original HMRC Letter of Company Tax Reference Number (UTR)
6. Original HMRC Letter CT41G Company Tax Reference

What’s the difference between #5 and #6?

7. Company Tax Returns CT600 Forms 2017/2018

8. Director Appointment Details Printout from Companies House
10. Overview of Company Details Printout from Companies House

#8 & #10 is part of CAR.

11. Certificate of Incorporation Printout from Companies House.
Not required

English Language
1. Original MSc Degree.
From UK?

Additional Documents (Not Mandatory but only sending to support my application)
1. Certificate of Registration For VAT
2. Two Recent VAT Submissions to HMRC
3. Company Profile
4. Company Website Snapsots
5. LinkedIn Snapshots
6. Employer’s Liability Insurance

1-6 unnecessary but it’s ok if you insist on sending.
They ll conduct their own checks regardless.

If there is no gap between a single job, best to mention the exact employee/job start date that is 2015. That is what I did.

Thanks Bizman and much appreciated for your quick response. I also would like to hear more thoughts on the above list and feedback from other senior members. Good to have few more feedback. Please respond

just a quick overview, I am applying for ILR through Tier 1 Ent (Venture Capital Invested £50) route. Just to make sure that you and seniors are aware of my initial application and the type of investment has been made.

Look forward to hearing back some more response.

Cheers

Not sure what you are looking for when Aman90 has already made it clear twice.
You have a bunch of unnecessary documents but thats your application so its up to you.
The only mandatory documents is what Aman90 mentioned in the previous posts. If you send unnecessary documents, you risk delays.
Personal opinion only, not to be mistaken for legal advice. Please DO NOT PM me for immigration advice. Love for All, Hatred for None.

Not sure what you are looking for when Aman90 has already made it clear twice.
You have a bunch of unnecessary documents but thats your application so its up to you.
The only mandatory documents is what Aman90 mentioned in the previous posts. If you send unnecessary documents, you risk delays.
Thanks Tier11417 and Aman for such a great help.

After the review of my documents, I have finalized the following list;

List of Mandatory Documents

General Documents
1. Passports & BRP
2. Main Applicant – SET(O)
3. Consent Form

Noted your instructions with thanks. Please advise on the following few more questions

1. In application it ask, “Have you ever been refused a visa for the UK”? My initial Tier 1 application was refused back in 2013 but the decision was over turned after AR, do I have to say “YES” to this and explain in the box that the decision was over turned OR “No” to this question? Please advise

2. Sorry if I keep repeating myself, I am still unsure about the Date the Job was created? As see below employee start date of my two employees, what date do you think I should put under Job Created? I am sending RTI/Payslips from January 2018 – February 2019 for both the employees. I remember that I interviewed Job 1 in December the 15th 2017 and Job number 2 Interviewed in August 2015. Please help

• Job Number 1: Start date 2 January 2018
• Job Number 2: Start Date October 2015

3. Do I need to send any utility bill to confirm home address?

3. Do I need to send any utility bill to confirm home address?
1) Yes declare it
2) I have already answered this previously. Lets say if a job was created in Sep 2015 and its been continuous even if the employees were replaced but the job was continuous mention the start date of the job and start dates of employees respectively. For example Job 1 was created in Sep 2015 employee A was hired and left in Jan 2018, employee B replaced in Jan 2018 and you are only claiming for employee B. Then Job start date Sep 2015 and employee B start date Jan 2018.

If the job is not consecutive for example job was created in Sep 2017 but then the employee left and you did not hire again till Jan 2018 (given you are claiming from Jan 2018) them employee and job start date can be the same does not matter. Hope its clear now.
3) No

3) No
Thank you so much Tier11417 for the explaination you have provided, you are always very helpful.

In your opinion, I should declare in my application that my Initial application was refused back in 2013, however, following the review by the Visa Section, the decision was overturned. However, I am getting mixed response on this as Aman90 responded to this previously that if the Decision was over turned so not a refusal, So he said NO to this question.

I do not want to hide any thing as they will get to know at the end once they process. Only thing I do not want them to emphasise on this too much. Not sure how to answer, any comments please?

In the application, I will confirm for my employee the same date for Job Created/start date who still with us since 12 September 2015, however other employee who joined in 15 December 2017 Job created/start date would be the same. Please note that I am not replacing any other employees with these jobs. Please advise if this correct?

For above, I am sending 13 months of RTI/Wage slips starts from from Nov 2017 - Nov 2018 as Nov 2017 was the month when my extension application was approved and second employee RTI/Wage slips starts from Dec 2017 - Dec 2018. Please advise if this is all good to go or any suggestions will be much appreciated.

I am not sure why Aman90 said so. I have not gone through your whole thread but as per my understanding you should declare it regardless and provide an explanation that you were later granted. It will have no impact on your ILR anyways. Best to be truthful.

Other questions you asked yes correct. I had a similar scenario like yours with one employee working from Oct 2015 and I did the same as you stated.

Job 1 start
employee 1 start
both Sep 2015

(Although you are claiming from Nov 2017 onwards they will know as the RTI for relevant months is a proof)

Job 2 start
employee 2 start

Both Dec 2017

I had the exact same scenario and I did the same.

As job creation is one of the main things for ILR, I would advise you to add a cover letter and mention clearly how you are meeting the job creation requirements. It makes easier for CW and gives you an opportunity to explain how you calculated. Not necessary but just a suggestion.

You are right and I understand the importance of communication with the case worker. For this what I have prepared is the table and the Job Description and their role for each employee. Please see link below that shows the detail of start/leaving dates, paid hours weekly/Monthly, hourly rate and so on. Please find attached for your review
