Post by HamzahB786 » Tue Jun 11, 2019 9:37 pm

If I have a joint account with me and my wife (whom i'm applying the further leave to remain for)

The £18,600 earning of a year proof i'm showing
can the payslip amounts be deposited in a joint bank account
under my name and my wifes??

Also i have to show proof of me and my wife living together at same address, how further back do i have to provide this proof??

Please answer my question and let me know the requirements for FLR

Yes wages can be deposited/credited into joint account. And regarding cohabitation, 6 piece of documents must cover the previous 2 years.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

How can you be applying for further leave to remain when the initial spouse entry clearance visa was only granted recently???
