Visa Application with eea child

Good afternoon all ,

I hope someone can help me

I would like to travel to spain with my child . He holds a british and german passport.
I hold a Ghanaian passport with permanent residence card in the uk .
I was once married with a eea member but divorced.

My permanent residence card is NOT based on my child and is not with my ex wife.
I had a normal family member visa previous based on my ex wife but since 2016 i was granted permanent residence in the uk


Can I still travel with to spain without a visa ?
I am on the birth certificate as father and he has my surname

Hope someone can help me

But is my child not classified as eea member ?
Because I once received a visa as family member to germany based on my child
the visa was free of charge
i did not had to apply tourist visa
all the asked was birth cert., my passport and his passport
