ILR and benefits

Hi there
I’m on a spouse visa and my wife holds British passport. And I’m going to apply for ILR in March 2020. We got two kids as well. My wife wants to apply for a child tax credit and working tax credit. Does it affect my ILR ?
Can someone please advise ?

Both of those low incme benefits have ended and been replaced by Universal Credit.

But now they changed it to universal tax credits. Now my questions is if my wife get universal tax credits for kids . Does it affect my ILR ? Please advices
