Documents needed under tier 4 student visa.

Does one need to submit a letter from the employer to the Entry Clearance Officer when applying for a UK tier 4 student visa ?

Do I need to submit an introductory letter from the employer to the UKVI when applying for Tier4 student visa. Kindly assist.

If it is an international company who is acting as your Official Financial Sponsor by paying your tuition fees and living costs, you will need written confirmation of that.

Otherwise, I am not clear what an employer has to do with your student visa application.

My employer will not sponser me. So was thinking of what evidence to put to convince the entry clearance officer that I will return to my country after I complete my studies.

There is no such requirement for a Tier 4 visa. Where are you reading that this is part of the eligibility for the visa?
