OCI Transfer to new Passport - Can I travel midway

OCI Transfer to new Passport - Can I travel midway

Guys need some help..urgently..

I am submitting OCI transfer from my child's old passport to the renewed passport, so the passport and OCI book are still available for use. If there is a travelled planned midway through this process, where there is no time for applying tourist visa can we try using the current OCI and New Passport for a minors travel..?

Did any one try this before.. please respond asap - appreciate your time and response?
