Dear applicants, Gurus/Experts,

I am also waiting eagerly to get the result, Below is my timeline / journey of my application so far.
Initial applicant Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa £200 K route, Independent Director of UK registered company

- Online Application at VFS, India: 04-Mar-19
- Biometric done: 12-Mar-19
- Application received at sheffield: 25-Mar-19
- Below mail from UKVI: 04-Apr-19

Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 60 working days.
Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

- Interview invitation: 07-Apr-19
- Interview: 11-Apr-19

- On 13-May-19, escalated to UKVI through mail after paying £5.58.
- On 14-May-19, received below mail from UKVI call centre's

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.
With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision. We have escalated the details that you provided to the relevant department. You should be contacted regarding your case within 15 working days from the date of escalation.

- On 23-May-19, received below mail from UKVI decision making centre

Thank you for your enquiry. Due to the need to undertake further checks on these specific cases, we are unfortunately unable to resolve a proportion within service standard. We are currently working through these cases and hope to resolve as soon as possible.

Has anyone come across the similar situation, the above reply looks to be more generic in nature but if anyone could make out, now, how much time would now be taken by UKVI to make a decision. ?

Is it initial or extension?

Which city you applied for ?

Have you finished your interview?

Have you applied for priority??

I applied on 28th feb 2019 for intitial application

Kindly share your experience?

Yes. I applied in Jan 2018 and I haven't received my ilr yet. Whenever I write to them they just send me a response like yours and I am in limbo for good 17 months now. So I would say you should be patient (i know its difficult) but there is no other choice

We are also in the same timeline to yours which is below :
Online Application : 10 March 2019
Biometric : 17 March 2019.
Interview (Team) : 11 April.
Still we have not heard anything except few system generated mails.

This is really sad and Incan imagine the psychological effect this would have heard on you but your positive outlook is really good. Have you tried calling HO to escalate your application and possibly inform your MP of your present challenge and if they can get in touch with HO for you. I wish you all the best mate.

Yes I did all of this. MP couldn't help as he can't interfere in home office stuff. In the meantime three of my ancestors have passed away.

I would like to share good news that I have been granted T1 Entrepreneur visa, received my passport and letter of approval of visa today.

I wish you all the best for your case and hope you should also get a positive decision soon. Patience is the key, which I do agree sometimes is really difficult to keep due to the uncertainty but that's the only way

Thanks for your wishes.
I didn't receive any invite for second interview neither I think in my knowledge anyone would have received.

The interviewer mostly asked questions from Business plan to ascertain if I actually wrote it.
Like are you aware about things written in business plan, my knowledge of the business I intended to do , the financial planning.

Hope it help you and other who have applied for Tier1 Ent. visa and waiting for interview.

My first interview lasted 70 minutes At the end of the interview the interviewer said expect for the good turn around ,

after 60 days they invite me For another interview with them

It’s strange but no options left

Biometric:B 20th May ( my partner was 21st May)
Interview: 15th April (my partner was 29th April)
But I got the other interview message on 16th April, I told them I was so confused about the second interview. Then they let me ignore the wrong message. It was definitely a mistake.

Which country you applied from ?

I applied for the visa from Taiwan.

I SENT them email but they insisted to attend interview again.

It might that they start to consider your application recently.

Have you got your visa ??

nope. I am waiting for a decision that is not easy to do.

Any suggestions for interview ?

I thought you can ask the result of your first interview, hope they will provide you with a reasonable answer.

Actually I don’t know how I can give you any suggestion because your situation isn't similar to mine.

You will get an answer when you interview, indeed. I only can suggestion that you must be calm down even that is not easy

you got email from visa.sheffield or local embassy ?

I did my inteveiw and waiting for decision
