ILR and Visa Ent visa

I have a question in my mind and need advice plz , if someone have a vailed visa until May 2020 and his qualify time for ILR via 5 years EnT visa is augest 2019 so my question is if he apply via 5 years rout and god forbid the visa refuse so his previous ENT visa will be vailed until May 2020 or not ?

It will be valid till May 2020 regardless.

Hi all , I have submitted my application last week 20/05 with scan documents but yesterday I got an email from some one that they want me to email them my all supporting documents , so my question is I haven’t done biometric yet , so if I email them that documents they will take decision without biometric ??

No they won't. They are simply processing your application PENDING your biometrics being enrolled and identity check.
