Hi,

Few questions in my mind: (1) Can I use my email to register on Visa and Immigration website for my my daughter application. OR Do I need to create an email and password on her name? I have already created on my email but just wondering.

(2) In the form, for the applicant. Have you had settlement in the UK? I answered NO. Because the applicant (baby) is not settled here, though she born here. Am I right with NO answer?

(3) in the application, Have you lived at your current address for 5 years? I put there "NO". Then asking for date you live there from. I gave the date since her birth day. In the next question, they ask for previous address. As she never lived at other address. I just put the current address because you have to fill this section in order to move to other section. Am I correct?
(4) Do you currently hold, or have you ever held, any other nationality or citizenship? --------------
(5) Who could be the referees?

Thanks

1. You can use your email

2. NO is the correct answer.

3. Put yes.

4. What is your nationality?

5. You need a professional referee per HO list and another British referee. Both must know the child.

Many thanks.

For Number (3), shall I put YES But she are living at the address since May 2018. So it is less than 5 years. Is it ok to write the same address in the previous address section as we cannot live this section blank.

(4) Pakistani..

3. Obviously ho knows the rules and will see the child is still a baby.

4. The child is Pakistani then.

Hi

A query! My daughter just got pakistani National Identity Card and have filled in the section of MN1. Now what will be the correct answer for the below question. The baby never had other travel document except her pakistani National Identity Card. So the answer would be NO?
Do you have a travel document? Yes No
A travel document is a certificate issued by a governing body (in the UK or abroad) which acts as a temporary form of identification and allows you to travel internationally without a passport.

Thanks

If she doesn't have a passport then the answer is NO.

A pakistani National Identity Card is NOT a travel document!!!

Thanks . As I mentioned the baby got pakistani National Identity card and now she is Pakistani national.

Your other nationalities

Do you currently hold, or have you ever held, any other nationality or citizenship? (Required)
You must provide all the nationalities that you currently hold or have ever held.

In the above question, I put YES. In the next section, Detail of other nationalities
Country of nationality : Pakistan (I put)
Date held from: I put the date 04/06/2019 card issued date
Date held to: I put the date 04/06/2029 Card expiry date. When I press next, it shows on the screen "Enter a date that is in the past". Do not know whats wrong even I tried with her birth date for date held from, but still did not work.

I requested to a referee and he asks that they are asking you know the applicant from the last three years but the baby is just one year old. I replied actually it is just made like this. They know everything. Am I right.
Thanks

Thanks

I wrote a consent letter. But for

A parental responsibility order, care order, adoption order or special guardianship order. I think this is for those parents who are separated and divide kids care and custody.

Ignore it. The same form is used for all different route applications.

Thanks

In the documents section, this below is given

Two referee declarations for the applicant.

I have already given details of one professional and one none professional British citizens in the online application as per provided by these two referees. Are the given detail enough OR do I need to sign declaration forms from them as well. If yes then do I need to make this form or can get from the UK visa guidance.

Many thanks
