Ive gone to my Step Daughters NHS Fee page and it gives all her details and then the same 'You dont have any Dependants' so I'm a bit confused when my wife does have a dependant.

It asks on the Daughters page if she will be joining anyone already in the UK, and that asks for their NHS reference number and the expiry date of thier visa unless they are UK citizen. So at a loss

I believe there is a glitch with this where dependent children are concerned and UKVI will likely send an email link for it to be paid.

You can also pay directly on the IHS website, separate to the application form, as far as I understand.

I cant pay on IHS either, as the visa4Uk website doesnt allow you to pay for the Application until you pay the IHS fee via visa4uk.

A system set up to fail and cause problems on purpose I think personally,

Ok for anyone else using Visa4uk for their spouse visa application, when submitting and you come to the IHS payment fee it says 'You dont have any dependants' it means that the applicant will not have a dependant on their Visa as all dependants have to have a seperate application.

On my step daughters application and IHS, when coming to pay for hers, there is a glitch which UKVI are aware of, wher eit says that a child does not need to pay for IHS, this is wrong but have been told that UKVI will contact the applicant or sponsor for payment of the child IHS before the visa is issued.

I hope this helps anyone else who is applying for a Spouse Visa for a Russian Wife, also using Visa4uk site does not allow you to sign up to TLS Contacts other services or to up load supporting evidence, this has to be done and arranged at the TLS Contact centre.

Appendix 2 of VAF4A For Child Application

Post by Only Me » Tue Apr 23, 2019 6:43 pm

I have been told I need to provide two copies of Appendix 2 of VAF4A one for my wife's spouse visa and one for her dependant daughters application.

For my Wife, I have to fill in Part 1, Part 2, Part 3.1-3.3, Part 3A & Part 5 for Category ‘A’ route. Does anyone know which parts I have to fill in on the Daughters Appendix2??

Also as we are sending the applications together in one package, will one lot original wage slips and bank statements be ok for the applications as its mother and child?

Thanks

Childs Appendix 2 of VAF4A

Post by Only Me » Mon Apr 29, 2019 4:21 pm

Need advice on this please submitting bio metric tomorrow I have been told I need to provide two copies of Appendix 2 of VAF4A one for my wife's spouse visa and one for her dependant Child (Age 12) application, have called UKVI and their no help whats so ever.

For my Wife, I have to fill in Part 1, Part 2, Part 3.1-3.3, Part 3A & Part 5 for Category ‘A’ route. Does anyone know which parts I have to fill in on the Daughters Appendix2??

As its confusing if I have to fill in the Financial part as it doesn't give any opt out for a child that is already included on the financial requirements (22,400 Pounds) of my wife's Appendix 2 of VAF4A.

Appendix 2 Financial Requirement

Post by Only Me » Sun May 05, 2019 6:26 pm

Anyone have any idea of APPENDIX 2 for a dependant child applications, I know how to fill in most of it but what about the financial part, as I come under Catergory A as working fulltime, but its all for an adult or adult with a child, do I put the same financial amount 22,400 and Adult with child under 18 even though I have done it already for my Wifes Appendix 2?

Document Return

Post by Only Me » Sun Jun 16, 2019 5:26 pm

When do UKVI send documents back? As I have read on here that most people get theirs back between 2 and 3 weeks, UKVI received mine on the 10th May but still no documents returned, is this normal? As I checked that they had recived my Payment for the Childs IHS and they replied saying they had and that my application is awaiting decision.

I sent the documents from the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery. They were signed for on the 10th May, UKVI says they return them once a decision has been made, but it seems everyone on the forum gets them back within two weeks.
