Approved initial tier 1 - extending the initial entrance date

Firstly would like to thanks everyone in this forum just received my passport and visa with approval. No additional interviews required.
Took me a while to get this as the prep work took a while but relieved only took 3-4 weeks after submission and got this approval.

Noted I have 30 days to enter the UK. However on the letter it mentioned I can apply for a “replacement visa” for £109 if I don’t enter within 30 days.
Just wondered how can this be arrange - also assume it is more just an admin thing and does not mean my whole application needs to be resubmitted?

If anyone has any details on this.

Yes. You must get a new visa but do not need to resubmit
