Call them or send an email. Also try to get your Local MP involved. These methods of expediting the process may not work (didn't work for me so far) but I think that’s all you can do.

You could try emailing ihs.sheffield@fco.gov.uk to ask them about your IHS.
I send 10 emails to that IHS mail address. They didn’t respond. Smh

They sent the payment link same day but then I mailed them to confirm payment was received they replied in two weeks time.
