Post by salakidum87 » Tue Jun 18, 2019 3:54 pm

Hi,

I am a spouse of a British citizen and currently on the 5 year route. Does anyone know if the out of country 180 days in a rolling twelve month apply for British spouses who wish to apply for ILR? :!:

Thanks

It doesn't apply to your visa category.

It applies to PBS work permit and dependents

Brilliant! Thanks for the quick response.

So, I can travel out of the country as much as I like then? There are no restrictions on travelling ? I have a job offer which involves plenty of travel !!! Thanks
