Advise needed to proceed with ILR application

Hello team,

I have a question about ILR eligibility and process.

I have applied and received my tier 2 general on 11/07/2014. But due to some mishap my company license got revoked in August 2015. My company has challenged the decision and we received our curtailment letter in October 2015. I changed my employer and applied for my tier 2 before curtailment end date abd received my approved visa by end of december 2015. My joining date with new company is given as feb 4th 2016 and I'm still with same company.

So my question is as i completed my 5 year tenure am i eligible to go ahead with my ILR application?
