Also some of the applicant's documents has gap around 6 months which in my view must be reduced by attaching another type of letter/document.

Thanks Seagul. HO guidance requests 6 individual item for covering the period of at least 2 years so 6 months gap should be fine in my opinion? Although I have 100s of letter and I don't really wants to bombard the case worker with lots of docs.

That was in response to CR001 as she described that it needs to be from 6 different sources and gap should be 3/4 months.
