please can someone direct me to an existing post of shed some light what to expect in an compliance interview, what questions etc.

ps I am looking for genuine advise that would help. please no rude commentary or judgments from anyone..

Who is the compliance interview for then, the sponsor, potential sponsor, tier 2 migrant.....?

What are the circumstances?

its a completely new topic: the compliance interview was requested by ho to ascertain the details of the sponsor. i guess they would like to see the premises, they have requested the identification ID (such as passport) possibly they would also like to discuss the pay roll and how rlmt test was completed...

any comments.. many thanks..

When is the visit?

They will also want to see the contracts you have to ensure there is no third party working. Which of course that is what you are actually doing...
