Visa requirements for ILR holder to visit France

Hi,

I am British PP holder and my 2 kids as well.
My OH is on ILR since 2011 and we're planning a trip to France.
I am wondering what's the best visa to apply for her.
Is there is EEA visa free category for my OH to apply for?

Myself, OH and kids all are permanent residents in the UK.
Please help.

OH needs as Schengen visa. If married to a BC, visa fee should be waived of you have the required evidence.

Is it France Schengen visa OH needs? What category of visa do they need to apply?

What evidence is required to prove it? Please point me to relevant documentation.

Normal tourist Schengen visa. If going to France, then yes a French Schengen vis. The France website will tell you what you need.
