Main applicant VISA received but no update about Dept VISA

Hi,

My wife and I applied for Tier 2 General VISA (Main and PBS Dependant) together and paid for the priority service.
Her main applicant VISA came in on the 5th day as expected.
But I haven't received the dependant VISA or any update at all.
The last update recevied was 'on the day after the application date saying: 'Your application has been received at UK Decision Making Centre'
Our flight is in three days and thus we paid priority fees both of our visas.
Kindly guide us through the process of chasing this and resolving urgently.
Couldn't find any tracking ID for the application, only the reference number starting with GWF.
There was a link in one of the e-mails to track the application, but it says no records found for both our application numbers.

Did you complete two separate application forms??

Yes, we filled in two separate forms. We got two separate email acknowledgements as well.
VFS collected the documents together though.
We got individuals emails about application reaching the UK Decision Making Centre.

Post that, something weird is that I was the one to receive email about her VISA being processed and sent back.
And none of us received any email about my VISA being processed.

Again, never mind. Sorted through UKVI. The processing was delayed.
