Hi everyone
I requested for FOI on my application and the deadline given to me was 25th of June and I didn’t get anything yet. Now my question is should I wait for one more week or what to do if anyone can suggest me please regarding same. Thanks

No u dont wait, what's the point to wait when they didn't send it within four weeks. Applied for couple of friends and one friend didn't get any response so wrote a email ( email should be on acknowledgement )
He got file in 2 days.
So I suggest write them appeal email and u will get reply in 24 hour and they will let know if they gona send.

Thanks

In FOI there is only 4,5 pages useful otherwise they will send u back all the documents which u provided them.

I have applied in April 2017 and since Nov 2018 it’s in advance stage and on phone they keep on changing statements between ready to be submitted to the Minister or it is with the Minister.
I am not sure what to do so requested for FOI. So I have to write an email to foi@justice for appeal. Thank you very much for your help.

I say get ur file if everything ok then go for judicial review, the problem is if u wait for sep or December ceremony there is no guarantee u will get decision so it's like wait again and again for ceremonies.
