Business owner outside UK on Tier 4

I have an online business founded and registered in my home country. Basically, I teach students online. Do I have to pause this whilst on tier 4 in the UK? The students paid for a lifetime access to the online platform and every now and then visit the website to watch my videos, take quizzes etc.

Yes. It would be a business activity, which your Tier 4 work conditions do not allow you to undertake while in the UK.

You should probably not be running the business at all, but I am not saying that is reasonable or proportional, it's just what the Rules and guidance say.
