Dependents Applications after ILR

Dear All,

I would like to appreciate your feedback as always on the followings:
1- I have been granted ILR
2- My wife still have Tier1 dependant visa and have completed 5 years continuous period arrived May 2014, after a new entry clearance.
3- All my 3 kids are UK born

All of them have Valid leave until 2nd Oct19.

Now the situation is that Due to my mothers illness I am trying to travel ASAP and want to apply her ILR on return in Sep and also to register kids as BC on return.

1-Are there any issues if they travel with Tier1 dependents Visa?

2-For my wife, She need LIUK( which she has) and English level B1(which she need), last 2 Years Cohabitation evidence, no Maintenance etc or my personal statement of finances?

3- Kids can register as BC, any documents for that application?

Not as long as their visas are valid

That is correct mostly. They do ask about personal finances but there are no criteria for it.

Just for understanding

Once kids (under 18 )are registered as BC , when can they apply for British Passport?
Anytime after?
Or they need to re-register, once 18 and then apply?
