The decision on whether to bring your children is up to you and your wife..

Its your choice but still you have to provide their detail wherever on the form it will be asked.

You can download the picture framing software which can convert the whatsapp chat/call logs snap shot into 1-6 per page. By this way you can save paper & printing cost while meet the purpose. Try to attach as much as possible.

If you don’t have the software, you are able to do this via Windows. You need to:

Select all pictures
Click right
Click on print
On the next window - choose four or six per page

This will print all images selected on 4/6 per page.

If you’re referring to the PDF document which contains the chat export from What’s App then my opinion would be that screenshots are better as the chat export can easily be amended whereas screenshots show the conversation at the time. Of course with the understanding that you are having a genuine conversation with the person that you say you are.

My personal experience - I haven’t used the chat export. I am relying on What’s App screenshots instead.

Screens shots are better which usually are in jpg/jpeg format and both are acceptable to ukvcas/vfs

Attaching a covering letter clarifying those points which can cause the confusion is far better than using the highlighter which may invalidate the document.

Maybe you are incorrectly filling a wrong form such as fiancee.

Interesting dilemma. Yes landlord can. But he/she should add in NOC letter that his/her property is managed by ------------- estate agent so that it matches with tenancy agreement.

He should put estate agent address & details who is managing his property.
