My ILR just got refused. And here I am sharing whole immigration history of mine.
1. I came in UK from India on 08/06/2009. My visa was grated as tier 4 student visa from 25/05/2009 to 14/07/2010.
2. I made an application for tier 4 extension on 12/07/2010 and it got refused on 07/09/2010 with the reason that application fees of £357 was declined.
3. I made another application for tier 4 extension on 09/09/2010 and it got rejected on 30/11/2010 saying my bank statements were not stamped by the bank and it was a month older; with no right to appeal.
4. I made another application for tier 4 extension on 14/12/2010 and it got approved on 12/01/2011.
5. Then after I was on PSW visa for 2 years, 4 years as tier 2 visa , then tier 1 (rejected but in time application), then admin review of tier 1 and that was rejected on 28/06/20019.
6. Counting all these I completed my 10 years legal stay in UK and I applied for SET LR (ILR) on 01/07/2019 and that got refused with right of appeal on 02/07/2019.
7. Now homeoffice said in refusal letter that my second application was invalid application which I made on 12/07/2010 because visa fees got declined by my bank but I had enough money in my bank to prove that. And my second application for student visa also got rejected with no right of appeal because my bank statements were not stamped and 1 month older. So, homeoffice is counting from 14/07/2010 to 12/01/2011 was my unlawful period. Now I have 14 days period of appeal this decision but I am not sure whether I will win this case or not.
Can someone please suggest should I go for appleal or not and what are the chances to win the case?
