Where can you buy the A2 English Book

This is an area for the discussion of matters related to issues about moving from one country to another. Examples could be about money transfer, moving and packing, validity of driving licence, etc..

Where can you buy the A2 English Book

Post by Jhelumi » Tue Jul 09, 2019 3:43 pm

Hello,

IS there any book issued by the Home Office in regards to the preparation for the A2 English Test? If so, where can one buy this from?

If not, how does one go about preparing for the A2 test?

I came across this website which says GSCE Grade 3 is equivalent to CEFR A2 test. Any thoughts?

Any advice will be most appreciated.

Thank you

No there is not.

It is a speaking and listening test on a topic of your choice.

Trinity college is an approved HO test provider, see HO list below.

Am I correct in thinking that in order to extend the visa (Further Leave to Remain), it is the A2 test that one has to pass?
Correct.
Does it matter how early an individual can pass this test or does it have to be close to the date when individual is getting ready to apply for FLR?
No but remember it is only valid for 2 years.
