If you are married to a British citizen AND meet all the requirements to apply based on 3 years residence, including physically present in the UK at the start of the 3 year period, then yes, you can apply immediately.Recently i got my ILR recently (4th April 2019) and the route was SET(M). Now my question would be, do i need to wait 1 years time to apply for my citizenship or can i apply now?
Yes, if your spouse is British. If your spouse only holds ILR, then you have to wait.Could you please advise am i eligible for citizenship or do i need to wait for 1 year and then apply?
