Why do you think you have to inform anyone that your address has changed??

I thought, I am not officially a citizen, and bound by VISA rules and restrictions.

Looking forward for your expert opinion.

No, you hold ilr and are not bound by visa rules and restrictions.

Ilr is not a visa. A visa is a time limited immigration status.

Thanks for the clarification.

Just to conclude our discussion, we are not required to update the HO regarding the address change for Citizenship application.

I have concluded compeleteness to help other reader.

As @CR001 said you don’t need to inform HO regarding the address change, you are not bound by Visa requirements anymore.
Good luck!

If you had not yet received a decision, you'd obviously want to inform them as it is relevant (they need to know where to send your decision letter). Given you've received a decision, you no longer have any business with Home Office beyond just mailing back your ILR BRP (if you have one) after the ceremony.
