Hi,
I would like to request some advice on a previous question I asked as I now have more figures. I am applying for ILR for my mrs. On SET M in September 2019. She has been on a 5 year flr M route.
My income for year 2018-19 for Self Employment is £8500
Mrs income for year 2018-19 from paid employment is £8510.
Date of application will be 10-09-2019.
Her income until then for last 12 months will be £13470.
Can I combine my £8500 and her £13470 to meet the requirement. Or will they consider only until tax year and even though my mrs is in a paid full time employment.?
Please help. Not much time left.
Thanks in advance.

I would also like to add that my mrs income is from 2 employments. One will be ending in July and the other is ongoing. Will this affect aswell ? I am totally confused. Please can someone shed some light on the issue.
Thanks

Are your self-employment earnings before or after allowable business expenses have been deducted? The qualifying income is the amount on which HMRC have used to calculate tax due.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

My self employment income is after all the deductions. This amount above is the taxable income or net profit as HMRC's calls it. Business expenses are all deducted from it.

Hi,
Can someone please advise on cohabitation proof for ILR on SET M. How many years do I have to cover as I had already done it twice for FLR M. But not sure how many years I need to prove or will the last year or 6 months old documents will be enough?
Thanks

2 years same as were in your previous FLRM extensions. Also financial requirement is same but instead A2, B1 will be needed to meet the English language requirement.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Good Afternoon,
Sorry for posting the question again. I didn't hear back and I understand it's a forum with no obligations but I am confused due to me being self employed and mrs in paid employment. I do not know what to do or what will or will not be acceptable.
I am applying for ILR for my mrs. On SET M in September 2019. She has been on a 5 year flr M route.
My taxable income after all expenses for year 2018-19 for Self Employment is £8500.
My Mrs. taxable income for year 2018-19 from paid employment is £8510.
Date of application will be 10-09-2019.
Her taxable income at the time of application for last 12 months will be £13470.
My mrs works 2 jobs and one of these jobs is ending in july 2019, so she won't have a continuous employment status for the pay slips shown for that job.
My questions are:
1.Can I combine my self employed taxable £8500 for year 2018-2019 and her 12 months gross income £13470 at the time of application to meet the requirement. Or will they consider the income of 2018-2019 tax year for both of us due to my self employed status even though my mrs is in a paid full time employment.?
2. Will I have to provide proof of her ongoing employment for both jobs as payslips will be from both jobs but one job is ending this month, so she will only have one ongoing employment?
I apologize again for the repeat question but I m pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys,
I am applying for my mrs ILR SET M.
I have
1. Council tax bill covering two years in joint names
2. Water Bill from Anglian Water Joint Names covering 2 years
3. Essex and Suffolk Water Bill Joint Names covering 2 Years.
4. Tenancy Agreement covering 2 years Joint Names.
Is this enough as it is 4 different sources or do i need to attach more.
Any help will be much appreciated.
