Administration review

Hello,
I have applied for tier-1 investor visa. I have applied for Administration review on 3rd July, 2019. It shows I will get my result in 28 days. Will I get the result or will they ask to submit more documents by 28 days.
If by god's grace I get the visa how and where should I submit my passport for UK stamping?
I have been at home jobless for 2 months.. I'm very stressed. Can you please help.

Hello,
I have applied for an administration review on July 3rd, 2019. It says it will take 28 days for decision. Will they tell me it's accepted or ask for any more documents within 28, days?
By god's grace if it is accepted, how will I get my passport stamping done? How many days will they take for getting the passport stamping done?
