British passport received but not supporting documents

Hi,

I got my british passport on 13th july and i opted for post office check and send service and also paid 5 pounds for secure delivery for documents return. I am regularly following timelines and now I am panicked as I have not received my supporting documents which are my home country passports and citizenship certificate and most of the people receive them the same day separately.

has this happen to anyone else ?

Contact the HMPO and seek their help instead
