Eu fam stamp 4 and zamrano

Heloo everyone
I'm holding Eu fam stamp 4 base on Divorce with Eu citizen and waiting reply from DOJ Eu3 application.

I have Irish baby born from new partner and she is Irish citizen.
Could is possible to stamp behalf on baby through burg quey or I have to applied Zamrano application.

Second how long after you can apply citizenship behalf of zamrano application .three years or 5 years any idea
Please share you best experience.

Hi.

I think you will have to apply for permission before going to INIS office for the stamp.
Also if one application (EU3) is pending then INIS officer will not give you a stamp before the conclusion.

But I think you should consult an immigration solicitor, discuss all details and take advice if it is better to wait for EU3 outcome or instead go with the Zambrano application route.

I'm wating almost year but no response from them..
that's why I'm talking this step go through Zambrano application.
